Invited by ASSITEJ International to represent India.

The Playhouse’s “Us and Them” presentation wins all awards at the International Children’s Festival held in France.

| 1993 | Organised the first ever visit by Danish theatre www.batida.dk professionals. |
| 1996 | Only voluntary group to represent India at Brisbane in International Youth Festival. |
| 1997 | Awarded the prestigious AIEF Commonwealth Fellowship. Initiation of the ‘Living with the Tiger’ Project in Perth. |
| 1999 | Photo/Audio-visual Exhibition of The Playhouse's work. The only group to represent India at the ASSITEJ world Congress held in Tromso, Norway. Exhibition then travelled to Denmark and Japan. |
| 2002 |
Nominated for the Honorary Presidents’ Award of ASSITEJ for excellence in the field of theatre and education.
